Precision roll feeder features:

The high-speed roller feeder is mainly equipped with a high-speed stamping press machine, which is specially used for the conveying of pellets, powders and flakes. This automatic feeder has high precision and is environmentally friendly. It saves time and greatly reduces labor intensity. This product is recommended when the feeding speed is more than SPM 200.

1. Productivity: The high-speed roller feeder is currently widely used in the stamping industry. It’s easy to be operated and can process multiple projects continuously.

2. High speed: The number of revolutions is proportional to the feeding length and can reach more than 200 times per minute.

3. Strong compatibility: no matter the width and thickness of the material, just adjust the feeder to match the mold, which is economical and practical.

4. Energy saving: no electricity or gas source is required; it is connected to the output shaft of the punch and is driven by the press machine to save energy.

5. High precision: the feeding accuracy is ±0.05mm. If the guide pin is positioned, the accuracy of ±0.01mm can be obtained.

6. Safety: Adjust the telescopic adjustable pull rod to the standard length and match the rocker arm with the standard transmission angle, which is safe and easy to use.
