Medical Grade Polyester Spunlace

We produce medical grade polyester spunlace.

After medical treatment, the 100% polyester spunlace is resistant to water. It can be good as surface layer of facial masks. It performs better than pp spun bond as facial mask surface layer.

The treatment agent we use is supplied by global big brand BASF with FDA certificates, ensuring safety when contacting with face or mouth.

Application: surface layer of facial masks, protective coveralls, disposable bed sheets, etc

Product qualification:

We have FDA certificate and SGS report for this product. Also, we have data sheet for each batch of our nonwoven fabric products.

Producing, Loading, shipping and after-sale service:

Lead time: 25 days after deposit arrival.

Loading quality: 5000kgs per 20'GP container, 10300kgs per 40'HQ container;

Q&A:

1. Is the hydrophobic agent hazardous?

The hydrophobic agent is supplied by BASF, a top 3 chemical agent supplier in the world. It is FDA certificated, ensuring that it is safe to face skin. Our fabrics are also tested and certificated by FDA

2. Polyester does not absorb water, why should you still treat it to be hydrophobic?

Polyester does not absorb water, right. But it does not mean it is resistant to water. Without treatment, water can go through the polyester spunlace fabric.

3. Why it is good as common protective coveralls?

Because it is resistant to water, and it feels like garment fabric, and it is breathable, so you feel comfortable when you wear this kind of coveralls.

4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as the trial order?

We encourage our clients to try our products at low MOQ of 2000kgs.

5. What are the payment terms?
